Bisonmart currently delivers to select areas within Trichy and surrounding regions. To check if we deliver to your location, you can enter your pin code during checkout or visit our Delivery Areas page.

You can place an order by visiting our website at [www.bisonmart.in]. Simply browse our product selection, add your preferred items to the cart, and proceed to checkout.

We accept payments through Razorpay, which allows you to pay using credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and various digital wallets.

We deliver orders on Sundays only, between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order during this time.

Currently, our delivery service is available only on Sundays. We are working on expanding our delivery schedule and will update our customers accordingly.

Delivery charges may vary based on your order value and location. The exact delivery fee, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

Yes, after your order is confirmed, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link, allowing you to monitor your order’s status.

If you are not available during the scheduled delivery time, our delivery team will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.

Orders can be changed or canceled before they are dispatched. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

We currently deliver within Trichy and select surrounding regions. You can check if we deliver to your area by entering your pin code during checkout.

Absolutely. Payments made through Razorpay are fully encrypted and secure. We do not store any of your payment details on our servers.

 

Your referral credit will automatically be applied to your next order. You can view your available credits in your account under the “Referral Rewards” section.

Our referral rewards program allows you to earn a ₹100 credit for each successful referral. Simply refer a friend to Bisonmart, and once they place their first order, your account will be credited with ₹100.
