Shipping and Delivery Policy
At Bison Mart, we prioritize the freshness and quality of our meat and grocery products. Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure a smooth and fair process for our customers.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged or spoiled products upon delivery
- Missing items in your order
Reporting an Issue
Any issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.
Please provide clear photos or videos of the product(s) for verification.

Refund Process
Once your issue is verified, refunds will be processed in one of the following ways:
Wallet Credit: Amount will be added to your Bison Mart wallet for future purchases.
Original Payment Method: For online payments, refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been partially used, cooked, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.
Orders where customers are not available during the scheduled delivery time are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before the weekly cut-off time for Sunday deliveries.
Orders cancelled after this cut-off may not be eligible for a full refund.
